Hired two professional armed guards for 10 hours for a non-profit association election in Chinatown.  Everything was smooth and professional. Before job started, I had insurance certificate and copy of guards licenses.  Two guards showed up on time and with a great demeanor and appearance.  Will definitely hire again when needed.

We had a high maintenance job at a federal park. Lots of hoops to jump through. Not only did we get fantastic 24/7 security from Ed and his team, but we had constant communication as well. Anytime someone tried to throw a curveball our way, Echo Delta helped us out. If I could rate them a sixth star, I would.

Lighten struck our condo building on a Saturday evening. Because there was both a gas and electrical fire both utilities were shut down to the building at about Midnight. At that time we were told by the local fire officials no one could reoccupy the building and we were required to have a 24/7 fire guard posted at the building by 3:OO PM Sunday afternoon. Calling from a hotel at 1:00 AM we reached Ed Iannucci. After a quick exchange of emails we were assured by Ed that a guard would be on site by 3:00 PM. At 11:07 AM I received a text with the names of the guards who would be manning the first three 8 hour shifts. From 3:00 PM that day until 7:00 AM Thursday not one shift was late or missed. Every guard was very professional even helping to guide our owners in and out of the building when they arrived to fetch personal items throughout the week. Our local police department commented on how well every guard handled their duties standing fire watch night and day. Never met a more organized, diligent, professional or observant detail or secured detail in 30 years.   Felt very safe, secure and protected all the way around.  Great to deal with and Mr Iannucci is class act!!!
